We prepare a quote for each town, based on its volume of enrollments and activities. EnaJoin is designed to be procured as a minor contract (contrato menor), below the €15,000 per year excl. VAT threshold. Before that, you can try it for 30 days with your own account.

Sign up your town or organisation and start with an empty account: set up your catalog, open enrollment and see it as a family would.
During the trial, payments go to the Redsys test environment: no card is charged. Real payments to your bank’s TPV are enabled once you contract it.
After 30 days without a contract, the account becomes read-only and the data is not deleted. To contract it, write to us.

What is included
- A public catalog of activities and sessions with free places, in Catalan, Spanish and English.
- Family accounts with email verification, child profiles and separate consent for health data.
- Enrollment that opens at the announced time, age checks, safe allocation and a waitlist with automatic promotion.
- Payment at your bank’s Redsys TPV: the money never passes through us.
- Registered-residence and large-family discounts, with a document and review.
- Backoffice: activities and sessions, monitor lists, CSV exports, allocation audit and payments to refund.
- Emails to families in their language, and help with setup.
How it is procured
Minor contract
A service under €15,000 per year excl. VAT, lasting at most one year, can be awarded as a minor contract. Each season is a new need.
Its own contract object
EnaJoin is a different product from the radio or any other EnaCast product: it is a contract with its own object, with no splitting.
E-invoicing
We invoice through eFACT or FACe with your town’s DIR3 codes.
The money is always the town’s
Families’ fees go straight to the municipal account through your TPV. EnaJoin takes no commission on enrollments.
